A tool holder can hold multiple tools.

By replacing different specifications of ER spring chucks, a BT-ER tool handle can hold almost all types of straight-shaft cutting tools ranging from extremely small-diameter milling cutters, drills to larger-diameter reamers. The clamping range is extremely wide (for example, an ER32 chuck can hold tools ranging from Φ3mm to Φ20mm).

High precision and good runout accuracy

The ER jacket system is renowned for its high precision. The high-quality ER jacket itself has very small jitter errors. The cutting tools are evenly wrapped by the jacket, and the distribution of clamping force is symmetrical, which helps achieve excellent concentricity (low jitter). This is crucial for processes such as fine milling, fine boring, and reaming, as it effectively ensures the tolerance and surface finish of the machined holes.
