BT-SLA Side Lock Holder is side-locking holder for holding shank of milling cutter, can be used for general milling, with screw holes on the side of the holder to clamp the milling cutter.

BT tooling is symmetrical about the spindle axis. This gives BT tooling greater stability and balance at high speeds. BT tool holders will accept both imperical and metric sized tools, BT tooling looks very similar and can easily be confused with CAT tooling. The difference between CAT and  BT is the flange style, thickness, and the thread for the pull stud is a difference size. BT tool holders use metric thread pull stud. We have G6.3 rpm 12000-16000 and G2.5 rpm 18000-25000.
