FAQ
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience.
1.Regarding the wear on the back face of the tool.
Issue: The dimensions of the workpiece gradually change, and the surface smoothness decreases.
Reason: The linear speed is too high, reaching the tool's service life.
Solution: Adjust processing parameters such as reducing the line speed and switching to an insert with higher wear resistance.
2.Regarding the issue of broken inserts.
Issue: The dimensions of the workpiece gradually change, the surface finish deteriorates, and there are burrs on the surface.
Reason: The parameter settings are inappropriate, and the insert material is not suitable for the workpiece as its rigidity is insufficient.
Solution: Check if the parameter settings are reasonable, and select the appropriate insert based on the material of the workpiece.
3.Occurrence of severe fracture problems
Issue: The handle material is scrapped, and other workpieces are also scrapped.
Reason: Parameter design error. The workpiece or insert of the was not installed properly.
Solution: To achieve this, it is necessary to set reasonable processing parameters. This should involve reducing the feed rate and selecting the appropriate cutting tool for the chips, as well as enhancing the rigidity of both the workpiece and the tool.
4.Encounter of built - up chips during processing
Issue: Large differences in workpiece dimensions, decreased surface finish, and presence of burrs and flaking debris on the surface.
Reason: Cutting speed is tool low, feed rate is tool low, or the insert is not sharp enough.
