Shrink Fit Machine ST-700
PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
The shrink fit machine is used with the heat shrinktool holder to ensure that the tool holder has a strong and stable clamping force. The heat shrink machine's heating process is electronically controlled to ensuretool holder changing accuracy. The recirculation disk protection protects the cutting tool and tool holder from burns. The special magnetic field effectively reduces the changing time. Heating and cooling are at the same position to reduce the risk of burns when moving the tool. Local heating protects the tool holder. The special magnetic field has higher heating efficiency and can move the heating point to the appropriate position to improve tool change efficiency.

PREAUTIONS&PREPARATIONS
1.The power supply for this device is single-phase 220V
2.Please use a 4mm² wire and ensure that the ground wire(PE) is properly grounded.
3.Do not start the device without load(with no holder placed).
4.Persons with heart stents implanted or wearing metal items are prohibited from approaching this device.
5.Oil-water separation for the compressed air, ensuring the surface of the electromagnetic coil is clean and fry.
6.Make sure the entire coil is inserted into the socket and lock the nut tight without loosening, when changing the oil.
7.Avoid excessive heating(should not get red-hot).
