Core Advantages of Pneumatic Hydraulic Vise:
1.Pneumatic part: Compressed air (typically 0.4 - 0.8 MPa) enters the solenoid valve of the vise.
2.Hydraulic conversion: Compressed air pushes a large-area cylinder piston, which is directly connected to a small-area hydraulic piston. According to Pascal's principle (P₁ × A₁ = P₂ × A₂), under the influence of the area difference, low-pressure air is converted into high-pressure oil.
3.Clamping operation: The generated high-pressure oil is sent to the clamping cylinder of the vise, which drives the movable jaw of the vise to move, thereby applying a tremendous force to clamp the workpiece.
4.Pressure retention and release: There is a one-way valve inside the vise, which can maintain the oil pressure even after the air supply is cut off, ensuring that the clamping force is not lost. When it is necessary to release, the solenoid valve reverses, the hydraulic oil flows back, and the movable jaw returns by the action of the spring.

The built in anti - upward bending transmission structure ensures that the force applied during clamping acts downward. Therefore, when clamping the workpiece and when the movable jaw is in motion, it prevents upward bending of the jaw, and the jaw is precisely milled and ground.
Protecting the workpiece and the machine tool:
It is equipped with a variable pressure reducing valve, which enables precise adjustment of the output oil pressure and thus allows for precise control of the clamping force. It avoids the risks of damaging precision workpieces due to excessive clamping force or causing deformation of thin-walled workpieces. This is also a significant advantage of it compared to purely mechanical screw vise.
